At GLAMOLI, we stand behind every product we create. Each wig is handcrafted with precision, care, and premium quality materials — because your confidence deserves nothing less than perfection.
While we hope you’ll fall in love at first wear, we understand that sometimes things may need to be adjusted.

We’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery — as long as the item remains in its original, unworn condition.

Our goal is simple: to make your experience as beautiful and seamless as your hair.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The wig must be unused, unworn, and unaltered.

  • The lace, packaging, and tags must remain intact and original.

  • The product must not show any signs of wear, styling, cutting, washing, or coloring.

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, we can only accept returns that meet these conditions.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized wigs (custom color, length, lace, or styling)

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Accessories and hair care products

Once an order is customized or marked as “Final Sale,” it becomes non-refundable.


📦 How to Start a Return

  1. Email contact@glamoli.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, full name, and the reason for your return.

  3. Once approved, we’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) and detailed instructions.

  4. Ship the item back using a trackable and insured carrier.

GLAMOLI is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.


🕒 Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified GLAMOLI error.


🔁 Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for the same item or another of equal value if available.
To arrange an exchange, please email contact@glamoli.com before returning your original purchase.


💔 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact contact@glamoli.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include clear photos of the product and packaging.
    We’ll quickly review your case and send a replacement or full refund as appropriate.


🕐 Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After that, your order is sent into processing and can no longer be modified or cancelled.


🌍 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received safely.
